CUVEE DE BOIS

Chardonnay Co-Fermented Wild Ale - Solera Method

(6.2% ABV)

THE LOWDOWN
2020 Cuvee De Bois is a wild ale co-fermented with premium Victorian Chardonnay grapes for 11 months in stainless steel, then blended with vintage Solera – Method Saison from French oak barrels.

Expect a roller coaster ride of unique wild ale character & a steely acidity along with the minerality that comes from Geelong-grown Premium whole bunch Chardonnay Grapes.

BREWERS NOTES
A wine-hybrid and naturally soured wild ale at its best. The Chardonnay grapes were sourced from the iconic Geelong region and our wild ale base beer was allowed to sit on whole bunch grapes for almost 1 year infusing all of the character of the grapes into this wild ale. This wine hybrid is truly a celebration of Geelong Chardonnay!
