In our House Style, the Wild Saison is open fermented, barrel-aged and dry hopped to deliver the ultimate in farmhouse experience with an abundance of texture, citrus and freshness. 100% bottle conditioned, this Farmhouse Ale exhibits strong citrusy characters coupled with a dry and spicy finish. Time to get a little wild!
One of my all time fave’s, the Wild Saison is a chameleon of a beer, when its young it has bold citrus hop characters and when aged for 5 months or more, the Brettanomyces yeast takes centre stage and gives you familiar characters of barnyard, leather and forest floor. You decide how you wish to experience it!
