WHAT THE FARMHOUSE is what you get when you cross a wonderfully bright and acid-forward farmhouse ale with a 13 months barrel-aged wild ale that was spontaneously fermented in a elect 500L French Oak puncheon. Expect wonderfully fruity hop characters combined with rustic wild yeast notes.
This zippy little number has al the hallmarks of your fave pet nat with its cloudy appearance, buildiing acidity and luscious hop-created fuit characters, its everything that you could want in a beer, hops, acid, character & above all a crisp drinkability!
