WHAT THE FARMHOUSE is what you get when you cross a wonderfully bright and acid-forward farmhouse ale with a 13 months barrel-aged wild ale that was spontaneously fermented in a select 500L French Oak puncheon. Expect wonderfully fruity hop characters combined with rustic wild yeast notes.
This zippy little number has all the hallmarks of your fave pet-nat with its cloudy appearance, building acidity and luscious hop-created fruit characters, its everything that you could want in a beer, hops, acid, character & above all a crisp-drinkability!
